Scottish Universities - I did not know that!

Scottish Universities offer free tuition to all Scottish and EU students with the exception of England, Ireland and Wales who have to pay £9000.
That seems a little unfair?

Vienna has bben run by a socialist city govt. since 1946. rents are very strictly controlled, student accomodation is available and subsidized and therefore at least 50% cheaper than anything in London. Food, drink and eating out was always 20% cheaper than the UK. The falling pound being the only issue.

Geography not you favourite subject at school.
Many European cities also offer degree courses in English with English or American tuition. I wager they are of a higher standard then the University of Sunderland

Hani: It's not as simple as that as you will need to have an Irish address as well as a passport - of course, this is possible if you have a friendly relative in the Republic you could 'use' their address as well !

Vienna, but you could also get the same standard of business degree in English in many other European cities.

It free for Irish passport holders, another reason to get an Irish passport which is pretty easy to get.

Parliament is parliament for the entire union. Traditionally the jocks didnt vote on purely English matters.
However, we've voted in governments that have voted for tuition fees. That's us giving shit pie to our youth. The Scots didnt.

They should be vetoed from voting in our Parliament on English issues

When you say English Tax payer. Are we talking ethnic English or Juristriction?
I assume its Juristriction. But that is the nature of a union of states. Tax money gets moved around to help the system function. Different parts of the system may vote different laws. If the English vote for shit pie and wish to eat it the Scots can do little about it.
